This Privacy Policy explains how Top Shelf Brands (“Apex Technica,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects and uses your information in connection with the AI photobooth experience (the “Service”). We collect the minimum information needed to generate and deliver your avatar card, and we do not use it for any other purpose.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you provide to us, which may include:

• Your name (the first name shown on your card).
• The scene location you select for your postcard.
• A selfie photograph you take from your device camera.
• Your mobile phone number (only if you choose SMS delivery) or email address (only if you choose email delivery).
• Basic anonymous usage data so we can measure how the Service is performing (for example, the number of avatars generated). This data does not identify you.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for one purpose only: to generate your avatar card and deliver it to you. Specifically:

• Your selfie is processed by an AI model to produce a stylized avatar.
• Your name and chosen location appear on the postcard.
• Your phone number or email is used only to deliver the finished card to you.

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose. We do not sell your information.

3. Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. We use carefully selected service providers solely to deliver text messages and email and to host and operate the Service. These providers process your information only on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes.

4. Text Messaging

If you choose SMS delivery, Top Shelf Brands is the sender of the message you receive. You will receive one (1) message containing your avatar card. We do not send marketing or promotional texts through the Service. You can reply STOP at any time to opt out of any further messages and HELP for support. Standard message and data rates may apply.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information is not shared with any third parties.

5. Retention

We retain your selfie, generated postcard, name, chosen location, and contact information only for as long as needed to deliver your card and to handle any related support request, and we delete it promptly thereafter. Anonymous usage counts may be retained for longer to measure how the Service is performing.

6. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information you provide. No system is completely secure, but we work to limit the information we hold and the time we hold it.
